Free Services

On request we offer the following services free of charge:

  • Shopping and beverage service before arrival
  • Luggage service
  • Pillow selection (size and shape of the pillow)
  • Bread roll delivery service at the weekends
  • Various exclusive voucher booklets from the Koblenz region (with which you can feast from the heart, buy at reduced prices and also save on entrance fees)
  • Barbecue facilities on the veranda (on request, we will also do the shopping and provide everything on time)
  • Use of washing machine and dryer
Services at extra charge

On request we can organise for you:

  • Guided hikes through the Ehrbachklamm (EUR 7,- per person, on fixed weekends and only in dry weather).
  • Gourmet picnic in the vineyards of the Boppard Hamm (EUR 15 per person)
  • A wine tasting at a vintner's in the Upper Middle Rhine Valley World Heritage Site (approx. EUR 9,- per person)
  • Pick-up and drop-off service from Frankfurt-Hahn or Cologne/Bonn airport for up to 4 people (EUR 50 per tour)
  • Weekly cleaning of the holiday flat (EUR 30,- per week)
  • Bathrobes for rent (EUR 5,- each)

Inclusive

The final clean, together with the usage of the bedding, towels and all detergents are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge.

Keys

you can get your keys on your arrival day from 4:30 p.m. in the house at: Ferienwohnung Gronen, Moselstr. 14, 56154 Boppard. Please inform us of your approx. time of arrival, if possible. Thank you.

Payment

50% in advance via transaction onto our bank account or cash at your day of arrival (only for shorttime stays)

Reservations

If you want to book your stay in our house, please get in touch via booking-form or directly over the telephone. We‘ll reserve the appartment for the pleased period of time and send you a written confirmation of reservation (via Email or by mail) with the necessary booking-information. After the receipt of the pre-payment, the booking for your appartement is guaranteed. 

From 15 days stay

For rents beyond 15 days we can offer a discount. We handout the keys at your arrival beginning at 16:30 o‘clock by the vacation-appartment Gronen, Moselstr. 14, 56154 Boppard, please tell us your approximitely arrival-time, Thanks! If all flats are already booked at the requested time, please send me a short mail beacause I’m preparing at the moment the third flat.

Cancellations

Cancellation free of charge until 1 week before arrival
